Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we aim to dispatch orders of in stock items within 5 working days of purchase.
All items are sent by tracked delivery. Once your purchase is prepared for delivery we will send you details of the delivery company and the tracking number by email so you can manage the process from your end.
You can exchange or return most items (excludes sale items and custom orders) up to 28 days from the date of dispatch.
As long as we receive the returned item in saleable condition, as "new" with the original packaging we will arrange a refund, exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit within 15 days of the items return.
